Tacos Without Borders brings exotic tacos and burritos inspired by street food from all over the globe right here to Indianapolis. Food that’s familiar, but with twists you’ve never seen before. And the best part? It’s all made from scratch, using locally purchased ingredients.
Through his travels, Chef Ryan has met many folks and learned about different dishes and cultures. His aim is to bring a little piece of all those places to the Circle City for a veritable United Nations of good eatin’. He knows that great food is made even better when you’re enjoying it with friends.

We will be offering up a large variety of the worlds most popular foods and beverages for you to enjoy…inspired from the worlds most popular street foods!
All Tacos are topped with – roasted tomato salsa, vegetable slaw, green onions, and cotija cheese.
- Thai – Tender pieces of chicken marinated in lime juice, simmered in a panang curry
- Jamaican Jerk – Chicken marinated for two days…pretty darn spicy!
- Mexican Shredded Beef – Slow cooked beef in a tomato, tomatillo, chili sauce
- Korean – Pork marinated in gochuchang (Korean chili paste), asian pears, apples, and a few other things
